Abstract

Cet article rend compte de la forme prise par un dispositif d'appui innovant mis en oeuvre par l'encadrement technique pour permettre aux agriculteurs impliqués dans un syndicat de produit d'élaborer les règles de production propres à leur AOC. S'appuyant sur les outils fournis par la sociologie cognitive, il fait ainsi apparaître les contraintes pragmatiques inhérentes à un travail d'élaboration de ces règles par les agriculteurs et révèle comment la série de choix pratiques effectués dans le cadre de ce dispositif s'est avérée pertinente au regard du but poursuivi.
