Abstract

Depuis maintenant plusieurs années, les industries de réseaux connaissent un bouleversement aussi bien au niveau de leurs structures qu'au niveau de leurs environnements. En France, la déréglementation des marchés de l'électricité et du gaz accroît le degré de concurrence, faisant ainsi apparaître de nouveaux fournisseurs énergétiques.
