Abstract

Les tendances prévisibles pour les 11 pays du sud et de l'est de la Méditerranée (PSEM) font état d'une grave insécurité alimentaire, mettant en péril, d'ici à 2030, la santé publique et la cohésion sociale de ces pays. Une politique agricole, fondée sur un codéveloppement et la solidarité euroméditerranéenne,permettrait de prévenir ce risque majeur. Elle serait cofinancée à 50/50 par les PSEM et l'Union européenne…
