Abstract

Les définitions de l'absentéisme sont multiples et la complexité des facteurs qui les produisent amènent à construire des systèmes d'informations très variés. Majoritairement sont retenues des informations très administratives des différentes catégories d'absences (maladies, maternités, accidents du travail...). Nous montrerons que les indicateurs mobilisés en établissements sanitaires et médicosociaux ne permettent pas de mettre en place une véritable politique de maîtrise de l'absentéisme par défaut d'une vision intégrée des enjeux.
