Abstract

Les maisons de santé, pluri-professionnelles, qui regroupent médecins généralistes et différents paramédicaux ou pharmaciens, se multiplient sur le territoire et sont présentées comme une réponse à une offre de soin de plus en plus inégale sur le territoire. Dans cet ouvrage, il s'agit de comprendre qui instrumente l'autre, de l'État qui cherche à contrer une dégradation de la situation sanitaire de la population française, ou des promoteurs des maisons de santé qui veulent améliorer l'accès aux soins et leurs conditions de travail, mais aussi éviter une mise sous tutelle de leurs professions. En tant qu'intermédiaire entre les politiques publiques de santé et les professionnels, la Fédération des maisons de santé a été étudiée comme un groupe d'intérêt qui joue un rôle dans la gouvernance des soins primaires. Dans quelle mesure cette fédération participe-t-elle à la construction d'une communauté d'intérêts entre des professions de santé diversifiées et un État social en recherche de solutions ?
