Abstract

L'ouvrage "Individualisation des Salaires et Rémunération des Compétences" est un ouvrage publié 2007 par les éditions Economica. Il a été dirigé par un juriste, Jean-Michel LATTES, un économiste, Philippe LEMISTRE et un gestionnaire, Patrice ROUSSEL. La finalité de l'ouvrage est de porter des regards croisés multi-disciplinaires sur la problématique des salaires en lien avec les compétences.
