Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of suspensive and resolutive conditions over the rights and responsibilities of its parties. The author researches the objective and subjective, forward and reverse orders the termination of the rights and obligations of parties to the transaction, defines the requirements of suspensive and resolutive reality of the deal
