Abstract

Au cœur de l'actualité la remontée du chômage figure au premier rang des préoccupations des Français. Comment fonctionne le marché du travail ? Comment expliquer qu'au-delà de la crise le chômage demeure en France et dans d'autres pays d'Europe supérieur à 7 % depuis les années 1980 malgré les tentatives répétées des gouvernements de le faire baisser ? Ce numéro hors-série de Problèmes économiques décrypte les rouages du marché du travail et fait le point sur les questions d'actualité liées à l'emploi.
