Abstract

Les risques psychosociaux (RPS) et leurs conséquences sont aujourd'hui connus de la plupart des gestionnaires. Des dispositifs de diagnostic et de prévention sont à disposition de ces derniers pour pouvoir répondre aux obligations de préservation de la santé mentale des salariés. Pourtant, en y regardant de plus près, le cadre de référence actuel et les outils qui y sont liés ignorent une partie importante des réalités que recouvrent les RPS et donc des coûts qu'ils génèrent. Cet article inventorie ces limites et détaille des pistes à même de mettre fin à une forme d'invisibilité des RPS.
