Abstract

Cet article présente les processus longs et les temps patients du modèle de la RAPéth (« Recherche Action Participante et éthique ») que nous avons développé pour prendre en compte dans notre processus de recherche les principes éthiques et ceux de la responsabilité sociétale. Ce modèle est ancré dans le constructivisme et le pragmatisme, mais sa spécificité tient dans son attachement aux principes éthiques, et notamment au fait que les acteurs du terrain et plus généralement les praticiens sont invités à participer au processus de recherche en devenant des co-chercheurs qui vont intervenir dans notre processus de recherche, autant que nous allons participer à l'analyse et à la transformation de leurs pratiques. À travers l'illustration d'un cas, nous montrons que ces processus réflexifs et itératifs, souvent médiés par des instruments de gestion, prennent beaucoup de temps mais assurent un processus de recherche rigoureux et fiable, et des résultats pertinents et transférables.
