Abstract

Le lexique des traits de personnalité rend manifeste la médiation psycho-sociale qu'opère le langage. D'une part, il réfère à un objet, la personnalité, indissociable de sa mise en discours, et d'autre part, la cohérence du discours personnologique repose sur des normes sociales. En situation d'évaluation, le flou référentiel des traits permet de se dire à la fois unique et conforme, en même temps que se décrire et se mettre en valeur.
