Abstract

Les mutations des systèmes d'acteurs et celles des pratiques touristiques sonnt en train de modifier profondément les logiques territoriales de politiques touristiques dans lesquelles la station ne serait plus seulement concernée. Les flux de migrations d'agrément (« amenity migrations ») transforment les zones à forte valeur touristique, qu'il s'agisse du littoral, de la montagne ou des métropoles. Cet ouvrage vise à identifier des familles de trajectoires d'évolution des aires et stations touristiques sur des temporalités différentes, suffisamment longues et qui ne reproduisent pas simplement les cycles économiques généraux, en niant les spécificités de l'économie et du champ touristiques, mais au contraire en proposant une lecture interdisciplinaire. L'ouvrage approfondit les processus de décrochage, en examinant les adaptations des espaces productifs touristiques et en tentant ainsi d'y éclairer les mutations attendues par le jeu de nouvelles grappes d'innovation.
