Abstract

Écrit par deux experts de la discipline, ce manuel offre une vision complète des ressources humaines. Particulièrement pédagogique, il permet d'acquérir des réflexes pour décoder des situations complexes, gérer, décider et innover dans le respect des contraintes propres à chaque contexte. Il s'ouvre aussi très largement aux pratiques contemporaines qui modifient en profondeur la fonction RH : digitalisation, ubérisation, remise en cause du droit social, globalisation, etc. Afin de faciliter l'intégration des concepts et la mise en pratique, les auteurs proposent de nombreux encadrés de type varié : « Zooms », « Outils », « Applications ».
