Abstract

Le but du présent ouvrage, qui prend en compte les normes récentes, est d'offrir une vue complète des différents aspects du management de projet centrée sur les projets système d'information. Il fournit un support pour analyser les situations et décider des options à prendre. Il s'adresse aussi bien à des étudiants qu'à des praticiens. Le point de vue privilégié est celui du chef de projet. Dépassant le cadre d'une méthode de conception (axée sur le "comment faire ?") ou de conduite (centrée sur un découpage particulier en étapes), ce livre offre un ensemble d'instruments utilisables quelle que soit la méthode retenue.
