Abstract

Recueillir, analyser et diffuser l'information, mener une veille efficace, protéger le patrimoine immatériel (savoir-faire, brevet...), influencer l'environnemement (réseaux, lobbying...) sont les éléments fondamentaux de l'intelligence économique. Elle permet à toute organisation (entreprise, communauté, État...) de maîtriser l'information stratégique, d'avoir une meilleure compréhension de l'environnement de plus en plus complexe et hyper-concurrentiel dans lequel elle évolue. L'intelligence économique doit ainsi faciliter la prise de décision. Cet ouvrage comprend 60 outils indispensables pour mettre en place une politique d'intelligence économique.
