La GPEC territoriale, un vecteur de la collaboration territoriale ? Trois études de cas en Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

Abstract

Les démarches de gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences territoriale sont construites sur la base des relations inter-organisationnelles nouées dans le cadre d'un partenariat et par des artefacts produits au cours du projet. A travers le récit de l'élaboration de trois cas de GPECT en Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, ce travail illustre les dynamiques socio-matérielles à l'œuvre au moment du démarrage des projets. Les résultats permettent d'affirmer que les démarches de GPECT sont perçues par les acteurs de ces projets comme vecteur de la collaboration territoriale, alors que les attentes initiales et les efforts sont portés vers la production d'outils d'anticipation.
