Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of place and role of right – deprivation in legal regulation mechanism of civil relations. The author accomplished understanding of legal regulation mechanism of civil relations in wide and particular means, considered over the elements and stages of such mechanism. The place of right – deprivation in legal regulation mechanism of civil relations is found out.
