Abstract

Les emprises situées sous les lignes électriques, bien que généralement peu considérées, sont susceptibles de constituer des espaces intéressants pour la biodiversité. Elles peuvent potentiellement rendre des « services écosystémiques ». Pour cela, il faut que leur gestion ne se limite plus seulement à la prévention des risques de défaillance électrique (au moyen de l'élagage, de l'abattage et du girobroyage), mais se traduisent par de véritables actions écologiques menées contractuellement par les acteurs de terrain concernés, voire par de nouveaux objectifs de type environnementaux assignés aux gestionnaires de réseaux.
