Abstract

In 2009, 15 organizations proposed to "Pôle 45" park users a shared service centre. To understand the individual vision of the project, we have identified the actors' perception of the project. We then underlined their main convergences and divergences. The convergences were considered as the aspects to be consolidated. The divergences, in contrast, are to be considered as factors of uncertainty in the design of the project. We argue that the process of confronting visions is in itself a major issue for the project management.
