La conduite du changement en hôpital psychiatrique : le rôle des centres de traduction dans la valorisation des innovations lors d’un projet de promotion du bien-être au travail

Abstract

Dans cet article, nous faisons l'hypothèse que la sociologie de la traduction mobilisée de ma- nière normative est une méthode de conduite du changement qui permettrait de favoriser l'émergence et la mise en place de pratiques de travail innovantes. Une recherche-interven- tion d'une durée de 3 ans dans un hôpital psychiatrique parisien montre qu'effectivement, cette méthode a permis de franchir les frontières politiques en négociant la participation aux groupes de travail d'acteurs poursuivant des objectifs différents et en assurant le lien avec les niveaux hiérarchiques supérieurs. Les groupes de travail constitués en centres de traduction ont permis de franchir les frontières interprétatives. Ils ont favorisé l'apprentis- sage collectif de la controverse sur le travail réel et l'émergence de pratiques innovantes jusqu'alors clandestines.
