Abstract

This study deals with the cohabitation and the confrontation of the NPM and the OPM logics within a Public Business School in Madagascar. The work is based on the Public mode of Governance in order to analyze the conflicts and the compromises between actors and the management operational modes by the organizational components. This research points out that a relevant Public Model of Governance is important to maintain the equilibrium among the conflictual institutional logics.
