Abstract

Монографія присвячена дослідженню договірного регулювання приватноправових відносин на основі аналізу засадничих теоретичних положень приватноправової теорії крізь призму особливих умов євроінтеграційних процесів в Україні. Подано аналіз феномену договору в приватноправових відносинах. Особливу увагу приділено новітнім змінам договірного регулювання. Охарактеризовано особливості договірного режиму в різних сферах приватноправових відносин. Сформульовано низку пропозицій щодо удосконалення чинного законодавства та практики його застосування. Книга адресована науковим та науково-педагогічним працівникам вищих навчальних закладів і наукових установ, студентам, аспірантам, докторантам, суддям, адвокатам, нотаріусам та всім, хто цікавиться актуальними питаннями договірного регулювання приватноправових відносин в Україні.
