Abstract
In einem jüngst in der FS für Bernhard Großfeld publizierten Beitrag widmet sich Schwetzler u.a. dem Börsenkurs als angemessene Abfindung beim aktienrechtlichen Minderheitenausschluss. Dabei versucht er, ein in der bewertungstheoretischen Literatur bekanntes Argument gegen die Maßgeblichkeit des Börsenkurses zu entkräften. Seine Schlussfolgerungen unterliegen jedoch einem bewertungstheoretischen Irrtum, welchen der vorliegende Beitrag aufklären möchte.
