Abstract

Ce chapitre s'interroge sur les nouvelles compétences nécessaires à l'adoption des innovations TIC (Technologies de l'information et de la communication) par les Organismes de Gestion des Destinations (OGD) en France. Dans un premier temps, nous présentons une revue de littérature sur ce sujet afin de mieux comprendre les facteurs qui facilitent l'adoption des innovations TIC. Ensuite, nous nous focalisons sur les facteurs qui sont liés aux nouvelles compétences. Pour atteindre notre objectif, nous interrogeons des experts du e-tourisme et des professionnels du secteur touristique afin d'avoir des informations plus détaillées. Les résultats illustrent les nouvelles compétences requises pour les OGD, ainsi que les outils digitaux facilitant l'adoption des innovations TIC. Nos résultats proposent des solutions concrètes aux responsables des OGD pour acquérir ces nouvelles compétences.
