Abstract

Comme de nombreuses plateformes, Google se trouve souvent au centre de l'attention politique. Son mode de fonctionnement et sa suprématie suscitent méfiance et débats. De nombreuses voix se sont levées pour dénoncer les potentielles déviances des géants de l'Internet, à un point tel que se pose la question de la régulation des plateformes. L'article se propose d'analyser cette possibilité en s'appuyant sur une démarche empruntée au droit sectoriel des communications électroniques. La conclusion semble sans appel : Google n'est pas régulable. A relativiser cependant au regard de la politique d'innovation de ces géants.
