Abstract

The aim of this research is to show how the spread of the skills motive could have an impact on structures of insertion, within the framework of an increasing territorialisation of employment. This diffusion can cause a loose coupling, heard like an unhooking between effective displayed and practical practices. This loose coupling can be more or less wide according to the structures and lead to a typology of loose coupling depending on their extent within the organization.
