Abstract

According to the dominant model in management science, language is a strategic resource able to gather employees around shared values. However, this analysis neglects ambiguity carried by language, and sees it unfavorably. The aim of this article is to point out how language ambiguity could help employee owning the decisions taken, in a context of organizational change.
