Abstract

L'environnement des entreprises est sans cesse en mouvement. La globalisation des échanges, l'incertitude macro-économique, sectorielle voire interne à l'entreprise, la concurrence, la pression financière ou plus simplement le temps qui passe demandent aux entreprises d'être plus réactives et plus adaptables.Pour anticiper et faire face à ces problèmes, le décisionnaire doit être capable non seulement d'observer mais également de comprendre et d'évaluer le niveau de risques de son activité. Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, les établissements financiers rencontrent plusieurs difficultés. Nous présenterons les difficultés intrinsèques aux avancées technologiques et aux avantages des plateformes off-shores. Puis nous aborderons les nombreuses mesures mises en place pour lutter contre le risque de blanchiment.
