La diversité et le management international à l'épreuve des approches post-coloniales

Abstract

Les approches post-colonialistes se caractérisent par leur pluralisme tant dans leurs inspirations que dans les formes de connaissance contradictoire qu'elles produisent. Elles peuvent toutefois se retrouver (Prasad, 2006, 169-170) autour notamment d'un engagement vers une critique fouillée de l'eurocentrisme;d'un questionnement d'une appropriation par l'Europe de l'universel et de la subalternisation incidente voire le déni de nombreux lieux de connaissances (les conquis ou colonisés);de la construction nécessaire de lieux alternatifs d'énonciation d'où peuvent émerger d'autres connaissances;de la reconnaissance de l'imbrication de la modernité et du colonialisme dans la production du monde moderne-colonial ; et enfin d'un travail nécessaire à l'encontre d'un discours et d'une connaissance moderne-coloniale afin de réorienter radicalement le flot de discours-connaissance.L'objet de cette conférence est d'explorer les manières dont les études post-coloniales défient les courants de la diversité et le management international.
