Abstract

Face au phénomène de normalisation du management de projet, différentes recherches ont cherché à évaluer l'utilisation des normes. Cependant, celles-ci ne nous informent pas sur la façon dont les normes sont effectivement mises en oeuvre, notamment dans le cadre des projets S.I.. Or, cette connaissance est nécessaire si l'on veut comprendre la contribution des pratiques normalisées de management de projet au succès des projets S.I. C'est pourquoi, nous avons cherché à répondre à la question suivante : comment les chefs de projet S.I. s'approprient-ils les normes dans leurs pratiques de management de projet ? En nous appuyant sur l'étude de trois projets, nous avons analysé les pratiques dans une perspective structurationniste. La recherche met évidence trois styles d'appropriation des normes, fondés sur ces quatre aspects : les attitudes, les usages instrumentaux, les mouvements de structuration et la fidélité.
