Un premier bilan de l'ARTT Loi Aubry 1 de juin 1998 dans les IAA de Bretagne

Abstract

Une étude faite par l'ENSA de Rennes et la Direction Régionale du Travail a exploité les informations recueillies à l'occasion de la réalisation des conventions de passage aux 35 heures selon cette première loi qui incitait les entreprises à anticiper la réduction du temps de travail, annoncée comme obligatoire pour janvier 2000. Les données disponibles à partir de juin 2000 ont permis de mettre en évidence que, d'une part, les entreprises agroalimentaires bretonnes ont largement utilisé ce dispositif d'incitation et que, d'autre part, les besoins de réorganisation du travail et de gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences, liés aux modifications de temps de travail, y restent importants.
