Abstract

Pourquoi accordons-nous confiance aux chiffres pour valoriser l'engagement professionnel ? Comment faire du travail une valeur qui compte dans l'entreprise ? Comment va le travail ? La question n'est pas anodine, alors que l'emploi se délite et que l'activité s'intensifie sous la pression financière. Il me semble que ce qui caractérise le plus l'état du travail aujourd'hui, c'est la tension, une tension grandissante entre le travail qui est de plus en plus vu comme une oeuvre et un travail qui, est dans le même temps et dans le même mouvement, de plus en plus mesuré.
