Abstract

La séance portera sur les différents langages mobilisés par les finances dans l'entreprise ; elle visera à dégager la manière dont certaines normes modèlent les pratiques financières et les enjeux conceptuels qui en résultent. Elle traitera d'abord des normes comptables, grammaire et vocabulaire financiers de l'entreprise au quotidien, et insistera sur les biais des jeux de langage autorisés par le corpus normatif actuel. Les problèmes que posent, dans un autre registre, les finances de marché seront ensuite abordés sous l'angle épistémologique, à savoir celui de l'auto-référentialité des modèles de placement généralement utilisés, caractéristique encore plus problématique depuis la crise de 2008-2009 dont la gestion revient à ne plus faire suppporter aux acteurs financiers l'aléa moral qu'ils génèrent. Face à ces problèmes et dans la mesure où l'entreprise a besoin tant de travail que de capital pour fonctionner, on tentera de poser quelques concepts pour construire les finances sur des bases responsables, en faisant notamment appel au corpus libéral des origines.
