Abstract

L'article mesure la performance technique et environnementale d'exploitations céréalières ayant un excédent azoté, situées en France et en Allemagne, en considérant de manière asymétrique les biens produits désirés ou non désirés. Les résultats mettent en évidence peu de possibilités de réduction des impacts environnementaux des exploitations, principalement lorsqu'elles participent à des programmes agri-environnementaux.
