Abstract

En France, faire l'éloge de la spéculation relève un peu de la provocation. Et pourtant cette fonction économique est à réhabiliter. L'agriculture sera sans doute le premier secteur économique à renouer avec des marchés spéculatifs. Et lorsque l'on pénètre chez eux qui vivent la spéculation au jour le jour, on s'aperçoit qu'ils font un métier fort honorable.
