Abstract

Tous les jours, des informations nous parviennent de Pologne ; ces informations sont souvent "en miettes" et il est difficile d'avoir une idée globale sur certains aspects de la crise polonaise. L'alimentation des Polonais est mal assurée et pourtant la place de l'agriculture dans l'économie nationale est importante. Pour vous aider à mieux comprendre la situation, nous avons demandé à Jean-Baptiste Henry, chercheur à la station d'Économie et de Sociologie rurale de l'I.N.R.A. de Rennes de présenter l'agriculture polonaise et de donner son point de vue quelques semaines après son retour d'une mission en Pologne.
