Abstract

Essayant de regarder ma discipline, la gestion, avec des yeux d'historien, je m'interroge fréquemment sur la capacité des contemporains à voir leur époque. Que comprend-ton de son temps quand on est entrepreneur, romancier ou universitaire ? Il est un phénomène qui m'a intriguée au cours de la dernière décennie : le discours, ou plutôt l'injonction, invitant à devenir meilleur.
