Abstract

Le concept de couple produit/territoire mobilise les capacités dynamiques inter-organisationnelles, valorisant, via une supply chain internationale, un produit alimentaire de qualité lié au lieu. Le cas étudié, l'Appellation d'Origine Champagne, insiste sur le mécanisme d'intégration joué par le Comité Champagne. Les résultats soulignent la reconfiguration et le couplage des ressources visant un consensus territorial et une compétitivité nationale et internationale. La coopétition autour de ces vins, produits vivants, implique la prise en compte d'antécédents critiques dans l'apprentissage des acteurs collectifs. Des relations de pouvoir émergent en fonction des positions dans la supply chain et des innovations en termes de traçabilité.
