Abstract

Dans un contexte de saturation des marchés, de concurrence accrue sur le marché intérieur et de libéralisation des échanges, l'exportation soulève un intérêt stratégique croissant dans le secteur agro-alimentaire et ne concerne pas seulement les grands groupes industriels. L'exportation est devenue une orientation créatrice de valeur ajoutée, en particulier dans la seconde transformation, et contribue de façon importante à la balance commerciale française.
