Abstract

The role played by actors in the Strategic renewal as been insufficiently studied (Schmitt et al., 2016). Our purpose is then to highlight the way actors commit and resist influencing the SR making. We explore the interactive dimension of SR in the context of a regional bank through a longitudinal case study. Our results watch how the combination of three processes (habilitation, coordination, adhesion) bind/link individual strategies and SR.
