Abstract

Mais où se cache l'innovation ? Deux détectives mènent l'enquête. Elle les conduira du ministère de la Recherche, rue Descartes, au NUMA, dans le Sentier, après un parcours ponctué par les rebondissements de la relation entre science, innovation et développement économique. Cet essai met en scène une diversité de connaissances sous une forme ludique et romancée. On y perçoit la logique des lois qui ont forgé le paysage français de la science et de la technologie. On y décode le rôle des multiples dispositifs de soutien à l'innovation. On y parcourt le plateau de Saclay. Petit à petit, des pistes apparaissent pour retrouver l'innovation. Alors que les rapports, les analyses critiques sur le soutien à l'innovation foisonnent, voici de quoi défaire les idées reçues.
