Abstract

Un livre pratique, simple et concret pour maîtriser tous les aspects du Contrôle de gestion.L'enjeu pour le contrôleur de gestion est de parvenir à se positionner comme un business partner des dirigeants et managers opérationnels. Cela passe par l'expertise comptable et financière, mais aussi par la compréhension du fonctionnement des managers et des enjeux de leurs secteurs.Véritable guide d'accompagnement, cet ouvrage aidera le contrôleur de gestion (actuel ou futur) à appréhender les outils, actions clés et enjeux du métier, dans des contextes précis (spécificités du métier ; spécificités du secteur d'activité), de manière à ce qu'il trouve des outils adaptés aux situations qu'il rencontre (angle qui n'a pas été traité par le principal concurrent).
