Abstract

La pensée magique accompagne le développement fulgurant du numérique dans nos sociétés. La prise de recul n'est plus autorisée. Pire, la pensée dominante voudrait nous faire accroire que le numérique est associé à l'écologique. Or, l'industrie des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication est l'un des secteurs industriels les plus polluants et destructeur de la planète. Les injonctions à se diriger vers le « tout numérique » sont l'objet de manipulations, où les véritables motifs sont cachés : cachée la tentative de sauvegarder coûte que coûte un système qui nous entraîne vers le chaos, caché le fait que l'enfant est désormais considéré comme un consommateur plutôt que comme un apprenant… Se basant sur les travaux de recherche de l'auteure ainsi que ceux de l'ensemble de la communauté scientifique, cet ouvrage déconstruit cette pensée magique.
