Abstract

La transformation digitale c'est l'exploration et l'exploitation de ces nouvelles opportunités offertes par les technologies numériques par les organisations. Elle conduit à une transformation globale des organisations (proposition de valeur, process, relations client…) via un processus de changement radical ou incrémental. Comme toutes les organisations, les établissements d'enseignement et de recherche en Management sont amenés à explorer ces nouvelles opportunités pour faire évoluer leurs offres de formation, leurs pratiques pédagogiques, leurs pratiques de recherche, leurs modes d'organisation et leurs business models.
