Abstract

Le présent article propose une analyse descriptive de l'état actuel des infrastructures en Afrique subsaharienne au moment où on assiste à un afflux considérable d'investissements directs étrangers à destination du continent. Or, conscients du rôle des infrastructures de base dans l'attraction des IDE, nous interrogeons par-là l'impact des apories infrastructurelles de l'Afrique subsaharienne dans l'attraction ou la répulsion éventuels des investissements étrangers.
