Abstract

Étonnamment la recherche en gestion en général et la recherche en entrepreneuriat s'inscrit avant tout dans un paradigme, le paradigme de la décision. Or, ces derniers temps, des recherches voient le jour afin de mettre l'accent non plus sur la décision mais sur l'agir entrepreneurial, entendu comme un paradigme permettant de relier décision et action. Cet article, en revenant sur les limites du paradigme de la décision, présente les éléments de ce paradigme en émergence.
