Abstract

Face aux enjeux stratégiques de la Mutuelle Française, une refonte complète de sa gestion des cotisations doit être envisagée. Monsieur Romain Cucque, Directeur des Systèmes d'Information, fait appel à l'étudiant afin d'assurer la fonction de chef de ce projet. Mis en situation, l'étudiant intervient au tout début du projet et doit en conduire toutes les étapes. Il devra appliquer les outils méthodologiques nécessaires afin d'éviter les écueils ainsi que de garantir, jusqu'à son terme, le bon déroulement du projet.
