Abstract

Malgré tous les efforts consentis et les réformes successives qui visaient le renforcement de la confiance du citoyen marocain dans son système de santé et la recherche d'une plus grande efficacité, le développement du Système-3AB sanitaire marocain accuse toujours un retard flagrant. En effet, le développement du Système-3AB sanitaire marocain est lié à une multitude de facteurs dont principalement le capital humain, qui reste l'élément moteur pour la réussite de tous projet de changement. Cet état de fait nous a conduit à mener une « Intervention de Développement » afin de déterminer avec précision les conditions nécessaires pour réussir un projet de changement.
