Abstract

Nous contribuons aux Sciences de l'information et la communication et aux Sciences de la gestion en étudiant la conduite de la transformation de pratiques organisationnelles. Ce travail se fonde sur le modèle contextualiste du changement et la matrice du changement. La première méthode permet d'analyser la conduite du changement d'une organisation en abordant les contextes, le contenu et les processus du changement. La deuxième méthode sert à mener une analyse structurée des pratiques organisationnelles d'une entreprise pour anticiper les interrelations entre elles. Notre étude concerne le Groupe Robertet, qui est spécialisé dans la culture d'ingrédients naturels et la fabrication de produits naturels.
