Abstract

Consulter un tutoriel vidéo sur YouTube ou un dictionnaire en ligne, travailler son anglais dans les transports en commun grâce à une application dédiée… Pour développer leurs compétences, les professionnels ont de plus en plus recours à ces modes d'apprentissage informel numérique. C'est ce que montrent deux études conduites par le [HRM Digital Lab] de l'Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, auprès d'un échantillon représentatif de 1 000 salariés en France. D'après l'étude administrée par Kantar TNS en 2016, un peu plus d'un salarié sur deux avait recours à l'apprentissage numérique informel pour développer ses compétences au travail. Une seconde étude administrée par OpinionWay en 2018 a montré que ce chiffre concerne aujourd'hui un peu plus de [ 60 % des actifs].
